Refund policy

Only select brand new, unopened products (at the discretion of Mzilla Motorsports) may be returned within 14 days of receipt; however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. In these situations, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original delivery (even if the product is advertised as "free shipping"). If the product was sold as "free shipping," Mzilla Motorsports will provide the customer with the actual shipping cost, and the shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund.

Products that are ineligible for return include electronics, flash tunes, and custom orders (not limited to, but including 6WB Cluster, NBT EVO, Roll Cages, and Turbos). Please contact us at info@mzillamotorsports.com for eligibility. Mzilla Motorsports assumes no liability for unauthorized returns. Again, products that have been installed, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return. If a product is damaged, modified, or has been installed, the return will be refused, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

NOTE: Products that were modified in any way, shape, or form (painted, drilled, sanded, cut, etc.) are NOT ELIGIBLEfor return/refund/exchange. We highly advise that you check the contents (test fit if needed) prior to installation or modification.

Non-fault / "Change-of-mind" Purchases: These are situations where the purchase was made in error, or if the customer simply changed their mind, and Mzilla Motorsports is not at fault. The products are also eligible for return/exchange; however, the customer will still be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of shipping to the customer from the initial purchase. Refunds (less the shipping amount) will be determined once we receive the goods back to Mzilla Motorsports and everything has been inspected for damage or tampering. Any sign of damage or tampering will make the purchase ineligible for return/exchange, and the customer will have the choice to take the item back or forfeit the item completely.

If a product is found damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please contact info@mzillamotorsports.com within one (1) business day of receiving the product. If a product is found defective or damaged in transit, a replacement will be granted, once approved, and the original product is received by Mzilla Motorsports, at Mzilla Motorsports' discretion.
